Pro
Full refund within 14 days of purchase, no questions asked. Pro is removed from your account when the refund is issued.
Team bought on the web
Cancel any time from the customer portal (Account, then Manage billing). The team keeps working until the end of the paid month. The first month is refundable within 14 days.
Team bought in the phone app
Cancel any time in the subscription settings of your Apple ID or Google Play account. The team keeps working until the end of the paid period. Apple or Google decides refunds for in-app purchases under its own policy, and we can't issue them ourselves.
How to ask
For a web purchase, reply to your receipt email from Polar, or contact us. For an in-app purchase, ask Apple or Google Play support.
