Seller

Wardbar is sold by its developer. On the web, Polar acts as the merchant of record and handles payment, taxes and invoices. In the phone app, Apple (App Store) or Google (Google Play) handles the payment, taxes and receipts, under its own terms.

Licenses

• Pro is a one-time purchase for one person's account, usable on the Macs signed in to it, including updates to the 2.x versions.
• Team is a monthly subscription. Each seat is one member. It includes Pro and the phone app (iPhone and Android) for every member while the subscription is active.
• A Team plan bought in the phone app has the number of seats shown in the app. It renews automatically for the period shown when you buy until you cancel it in the subscription settings of your Apple ID or Google Play account, at least 24 hours before the period ends on Apple. A team has either a web subscription or an in-app one, not both.
• The 14-day trial unlocks Pro on one Mac without payment.

Acceptable use

Don't share your account, resell access, or try to bypass the plan checks or the relay's limits.

Service

The relay and team dashboard are provided as they are, without guaranteed availability. Wardbar acts on processes you choose to stop or pause, and you're responsible for what you stop.

Liability

To the extent the law allows, Wardbar is provided without warranty and the developer isn't liable for indirect damages or lost data. Nothing here limits rights you have under consumer law.

Changes

We may update these terms. The date above changes when we do.
